Robson Snyder

Robson Snyder, MBA has over two decades of work experience in the field of information technology. Robson is currently serving as the Senior Director of IT, Cloud SaaS Services & DevOps at MatrixCare. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of hosting healthcare web-based software solutions, including data center migrations, operational automation, product support, security compliance, and performance management.

Before joining MatrixCare, Robson held various leadership positions at Digital River. As the Director of Information Technology, they led a team of 30+ technicians and was responsible for supporting all commerce platforms, virtual desktop infrastructure, and cloud systems infrastructure. Robson also managed offshore technical resources and provided leadership to experts across multiple teams and international locations.

Prior to that, Robson served as the Associate Director of Platform Operations at Digital River, where they directed global Unix and Windows platform operations and supervised the 24x7 Digital River Command Center. Robson also held the position of Commerce Operations Manager, overseeing the global IT operational teams supporting commerce and corporate platforms. Robson'sresponsibilities included managing fortune 500 eCommerce store fronts, coordinating service delivery, and managing resources across five countries.

Before joining Digital River, Robson worked at Network Guidance 2.0 as a Technical Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for service delivery and management of the helpdesk operations, as well as providing executive-level reports to customers and upper management.

Robson's earlier work experience includes positions at Juut Salonspa, UnitedHealth Group, Network Guidance, Sparkfinger, and Color Unlimited. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in IT operations, team management, customer service, and relationship management.
