Duc-Hoa T. is an experienced machine learning software engineer currently leading software development and data preparation at MatrixSpec Solutions, focusing on core algorithms for the agri-food industry. Previously, Duc-Hoa served as a postdoctoral fellow at École de technologie supérieure, researching speech signal processing and machine learning. At Polytechnique Montréal, as a research assistant, Duc-Hoa developed advanced architectures for microscopy image classification and unsupervised image clustering. During a tenure as a machine learning developer at Calixa, Duc-Hoa crafted deep learning models for personalized recommendations and deployed cloud-based services. Earlier roles included a research assistant position at Kyung Hee University, where Duc-Hoa worked on deep learning network optimization and FPGA-based emulators, and a biomedical engineer role at Cardiovascular Center - E Hospital, ensuring the functionality of medical equipment and supporting cardiac device implantations. Duc-Hoa holds a PhD in Computer and Software Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
