They began their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Hamilton Sundstrand, where they learned Lean Six Sigma principles and automated processes. Natalya is currently co-founder of Squawk AI, a company utilizing GenAI for aircraft diagnostics, and serves as a fractional executive for several organizations, including Matroid, Inc. and Curated Innovation. With a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and extensive experience in various leadership roles, Natalya is dedicated to fostering innovation and supporting emerging ventures, particularly through their work with XFactor Ventures.
