Conrad Edgren

Conrad Edgren has worked in various roles since 2003. In 2003, they started as a Client Coordinator at A.P. Moller - Maersk. In 2004, they became the Deputy Store Manager at IKEA Netherlands, where they were accountable for the overall performance of the store and led a senior commercial management team of 250 people. Conrad also held various roles at IKEA in Malaysia, South East Asia, Thailand, Japan, and as a Goods Flow Group Leader in Japan. In 2019, they became the Global Chief Logistics Officer at Matsmart - Motatos, where they were responsible for developing logistics operations and delivering logistics KPIs in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany and the UK. Conrad directly led logistics leadership teams in three different fulfilment warehouses and indirectly more than 230 employees. Conrad also developed leadership teams in three separate countries.

Conrad Edgren's education history includes a Master courses in Financial Economics from Stockholm University from 2002 to 2003, an MSc International Business and Japanese studies from the University of Gothenburg from 1996 to 2002, a Group Leader diploma from Swedish Military Service from 1995 to 1996, and a Diploma in Import and Export program from Frans Schartaus Business Institute from 1994 to 1995. In addition, Conrad has obtained certifications from IKEA, including the IKEA Store Manager Program in June 2017, Certified PI analyst in March 2015, Mentorship program in October 2014, Project Management in October 2013, and IKEA Leadership training in June 2007.
