Greg Chu

Greg Chu is an experienced maritime professional with a diverse background in operations management. Currently serving as the General Manager of Container Operations for Hawaii and previously as General Manager of the South Pacific at Matson, Inc. since September 2004, Greg has also held managerial positions in Pacific Northwest Operations and vessel operations at SSA Terminals and Matson Terminals. Greg's military service includes a tenure as Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve from July 1992 to July 2012. Academically, Greg holds a Master’s degree in Business from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Early education was completed at Kamehameha Schools.
