Greg Hohm

Greg Hohm is a seasoned professional in internal audit and compliance with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at Matson, Inc. since January 2020, Greg previously held the position of Senior Manager Ethics and Compliance at PwC from October 2016 to January 2020. Prior to these roles, Greg contributed to Matson, Inc. as an Audit, Compliance, and Financial Reporting Consultant and served as the VP Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer at Horizon Lines, where Greg established the company’s first Internal Audit Department. Greg's earlier career includes positions as SEC Reporting Manager and Audit Manager at PwC, where Greg managed multiple audit engagements and mentored staff. Greg began his career as an Internal Auditor and Cost Accountant at Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated. Greg holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Dayton.
