Jon Prochnow

Jon Prochnow, CPA, CISA, PMP, currently serves as Senior SOX Compliance Manager at Matson, Inc., overseeing the company's SOX compliance program. Previously, Jon Prochnow held various positions at Salesforce from May 2013 to May 2023, including Senior Manager of SOX Readiness/Internal Audit and Manager of SOX Readiness/Internal Audit, where responsibilities included leading M&A SOX integration projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams for compliance initiatives.
