Ruth H

Ruth H is an experienced IT professional with over two decades in enterprise applications and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications at Matson, Inc. since August 2001, Ruth leads a 40-person cross-functional team focused on transitioning the company’s IT strategy from mainframe applications to cloud solutions. Notable achievements include spearheading the RFP process for a three-year, $8M project to implement Workday Human Capital Management and successfully consolidating time management systems for thousands of employees. Prior experience includes roles at CSC and ANZ Grindlays Bank, where Ruth focused on implementing PeopleSoft Financials and driving technical developments. Ruth holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Santa Clara University, earned between 2006 and 2008.
