Tomas Dooley

Tomas Dooley has extensive experience in financial reporting and audit management, currently serving as Vice President of Financial Reporting and Tax at Matson, Inc. since January 2014, after previously holding the role of Senior Director in the same area. In these roles, Tomas manages all SEC-related filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks, and leads compliance efforts for the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where Tomas advanced from Audit Senior to Audit Senior Manager, overseeing full-service audits for a diverse range of companies, managing integrated audits of US GAAP financial statements, and addressing complex accounting issues. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a taxation qualification from the Institute of Taxation in Ireland.
