Aaron Cross

Aaron Cross is a Sr. Packaging Engineer at Mattel, Inc. since April 2021, previously serving as a Structural Designer at Bay Cities and as a Structural Packaging Intern at Munchkin. At Bay Cities, Aaron developed innovative packaging designs and conducted ISTA testing to ensure packaging protection. Experience includes training in Amazon SIOC and compliance with retail display requirements for major retailers. Prior roles at EcoTensil Inc. encompassed leadership in sustainable product development and CRM database management. Aaron also contributed as an Instructor Student Assistant at California Polytechnic State University, mentoring students in business and production systems. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and Packaging from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
