Ben Maro

Ben Maro is currently the Expert Counsel and Assistant General Counsel for Global Litigation and Product Safety at Mattel, Inc. They previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Mattel from 2016 to 2020, managing global litigation and product safety. Prior to that, Ben served as an Attorney at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP from 2009 to 2016 and was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Pamela Ann Rymer at the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit from 2008 to 2009. Ben earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Chicago Law School and a degree in Legal Studies and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
