Caitlin Stephen

Caitlin Stephen is an accomplished licensing professional with over a decade of experience in brand management and product development. Currently serving as Licensing Manager at Mattel, Inc. since December 2018, Caitlin oversees licensee management and retail development, focusing on key brands like Barbie and Hot Wheels. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked at Corus Entertainment as a Licensing Executive, managing prominent brands such as Thomas & Friends and Peppa Pig.
