Cynthia Shultz is an accomplished professional in regulatory compliance and quality engineering, currently serving as the Senior Director at Mattel, Inc. since July 2001. Over the years, Cynthia has progressed through various roles including Director, Senior Manager, and Manager in Quality Engineering Licensing and Mattel Brands, starting as a Project Engineer focused on regulations and compliance. Prior experience includes an internship as a Mechanical Engineer at Orthodyne Electronics.
