Elizabeth Eaves is currently the Manager of Sustainable Development & Materials at Mattel, Inc., leading projects focused on assessing and developing sustainable materials. Previously, Elizabeth served as the Lead Sustainability Engineer at Mattel EMEA, where responsibilities included oversight of chemical safety assessments and stakeholder engagement on global sustainability legislation. They have also held positions as a Senior Synthesis Chemist at allnex and a Technical Application Manager at Avantium, specializing in innovative materials. Elizabeth contributed to the scientific community as a STEM Ambassador and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the "Sustainability in Packaging EU" conference.
