Fei Xia

Fei Xia is a seasoned professional in business development and sales management with significant expertise in the fashion and FMCG sectors. Currently serving as the CP Licensing Manager for Fashion & FMCG at Mattel, Inc. since December 2019, Fei has successfully developed and built the fashion category business for Mattel IP. Prior experience includes managing the wholesale business in China as the Wholesale China Manager at Esprit, and overseeing sales operations as the Sales Manager for Greater China at Mayoral Moda Infantil. Fei's career also includes roles such as JOIN-YOU Project Operation Supervisor at Baifuying International Investments Ltd and Sales Executive at Jin Ying Retail Group, where strong sales performances were achieved. Fei holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Hohai University.
