Greg Earhart is an accomplished finance and corporate development professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and investment banking. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships at Mattel, Inc. since December 2017, Greg previously held the role of Senior Finance Manager at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate and Analyst in investment banking at Duff & Phelps and THQ, respectively, where Greg focused on mergers and acquisitions and financial analysis. Early career experience was gained at KPMG Audit as a Senior Associate, conducting audits for various clients. Greg earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MS in Accountancy from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
