Jamila Refky is a senior designer and art director with over 10 years of experience in product, graphic, and visual design. They have worked with prominent companies such as Mattel, where they currently serve as the Lead Designer for Franchise Creative Marketing and Communication, and previously contributed as a Lead Designer in Global Dolls Consumer Products Creative. Jamila has a strong consumer-centric creative vision and expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams, drawing on their academic background in Digital Arts and Design from Full Sail University and Applied Arts and Sciences from The German University in Cairo. Throughout their career, they have successfully developed marketing campaigns, branding assets, and product designs that resonate with target audiences.
