Jesse Ross is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and compensation management. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent at Mattel, Inc. since March 2010, Jesse has successfully led the Talent Acquisition organization while also holding leadership roles in human resources, supporting a diverse range of functions across the company. Previous roles at Activision Blizzard and Amgen Inc. involved managing compensation programs and contributing to executive leadership development strategies. Jesse's early career included consulting for Karl Strauss Brewing Company and general management at Kaplan Learning Inc. Jesse holds an MBA in Human Resources from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a certificate in Systems and Processes in HR from Cornell University, and a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA.
