Kathy Millard

Kathy Millard, MS, currently serves as a Mattel Retail Service Merchandiser at Mattel, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this role, Kathy was a Territory Business Leader at Valeritas from November 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included medical device sales focused on the V-Go Wearable Insulin Delivery Device for Type 2 diabetes patients in Central Illinois. Kathy also held the position of Territory Manager at ZOLL Medical Corporation from March 2015 to November 2017, contributing to advancements in emergency care through the LifeVest division. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Hill-Rom from 2007 to 2015 and as a Specialty Sales Hospital Cardiovascular Senior Sales representative at sanofi-aventis from 2002 to 2007. Early career experience includes working as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Boehringer Ingelheim from 1999 to 2002. Kathy earned a Master's Degree +45 in Liberal Science and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences/Home Economics Teacher Education from Bradley University.
