Katy Bailey, MSOD, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional in talent development and leadership consulting currently serving as Associate Manager of Talent Development at Mattel, Inc. since September 2023. With a strong background in leadership development, Katy served as Senior Product Lead at GP Strategies Corporation, overseeing a comprehensive leadership development portfolio and producing thought leadership initiatives. Experience as a Professional Development Administrator at the University of San Francisco included managing the Learning Management System and developing professional development programs.
