Larry Iser

Larry Iser serves as the Managing Partner at Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump Holley LLP since April 2006, specializing in intellectual property, entertainment, contracts and licensing, real estate, commercial, and employment litigation, inclusive of class action lawsuits. Larry Iser also provides outside counsel to Mattel, Inc. since 1997, managing various intellectual property issues and achieving significant legal victories, such as a summary judgment related to the Masters of the Universe franchise. Additionally, Larry Iser has been outside counsel for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment since January 2013, advising the company on legal matters associated with its operations across the United States. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of California, San Francisco, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
