Lyn P.

Lyn P. has extensive experience in editorial and instructional roles, beginning with self-employment as an instructor for autistic children from 1997 to 2002. Lyn held various editorial positions, including Assistant Editor at Eastern Washington University Press and Willow Springs Literary Journal, and served as Managing Editor at ECS Learning Systems, where responsibilities included writing prompts and training staff. Lyn transitioned to Mattel, Inc., where achievements include receiving the Customer First Award in 2022 and the Rookie of the Year Award in 2020. Currently, Lyn serves as Senior Quality Assurance Training Coordinator at Mattel, overseeing training and support for consumer services staff. Education includes an M.F.A. in Creative Writing Poetry from Eastern Washington University.
