Meredith Brooks

Meredith Brooks is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product development and supply chain management, currently serving as the VP of Global Product Development for Vehicles and Building Sets at Mattel, Inc. since November 2025. Prior to this role, Meredith spent two decades at Hasbro, where responsibilities included leading strategic transformation initiatives, orchestrating large-scale supply chain operations, and overseeing quality assurance for diverse products across Asia. Meredith has also contributed to influential networks such as Chief and WiT, advocating for women's leadership in the industry. Educational achievements include a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Product Design and Innovation from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an Executive MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
