Chief Consumer Products and Experiences Officer

Natalia Premovic is Chief Consumer Products and Experiences Officer of Mattel. She joined Mattel in 2026. In her current role, Ms. Premovic oversees the company’s global consumer products, experiences, publishing, and location-based entertainment businesses.

Ms. Premovic is an accomplished leader, bringing to Mattel strong experience in driving global commercial strategy, IP monetization, brand management, and marketing excellence. She specializes in translating iconic narratives into expansive, fan-driven ecosystems and building long-term brand affinity and franchise growth through innovative partnerships and business models.

Prior to joining Mattel, Ms. Premovic served as Head of Consumer Products for the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand for Netflix. In addition to leading the company’s global e-commerce business, she built Netflix’s consumer products organization from the ground up. During her tenure, she led teams responsible for more than 150 partnerships worldwide, helped advance major initiatives including Netflix House, and was instrumental in translating global hits like Stranger Things, Bridgerton, One Piece, Squid Game, and KPop Demon Hunters into multi-billion-dollar franchise ecosystems.

Before Netflix, Ms. Premovic spent more than a decade at The Walt Disney Company in senior leadership roles spanning global product management and retail channel development. Her accomplishments include launching new business models across Disney’s franchise portfolio, creating innovative retail partnerships such as Disney Stores at Target, and helping shape the company’s e-commerce future with ShopDisney.com.

Ms. Premovic holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University.
