Olivia Xerras

Olivia Xerras is an Associate Marketing Analyst at Mattel, Inc., beginning September 2024, with prior experience as an Associate Account Manager at SiriusXM, where responsibilities included managing over 100 campaigns and improving work efficiency. During tenure at Colorado College, Olivia served as an Athletic Marketing Assistant, demonstrating a strong passion for marketing, and held various editorial roles at The Catalyst Newspaper, ultimately becoming Sports Section Editor. Prior internships at Mattel and SiriusXM provided foundational knowledge in marketing and client services, while leadership roles in coaching and camp counseling showcased Olivia's ability to engage and instruct youth.
