Ray Adler

Ray Adler possesses extensive experience in marketing and game design within the toy industry, notably serving as Senior Director of Games Marketing and Design at Mattel from November 2015 to March 2019. Prior to this role, Ray held various positions at Mattel, Inc., including Associate Producer and Associate Marketing Manager for HotWheelsCollectors.com and Hot Wheels, respectively, as well as Vice President and Global Head of Games. Ray began a career at Mattel in May 2002 and developed through the ranks to become Director of US Marketing and Marketing Manager for Games. Ray holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Southern California, completed in 2005.
