Robert Efthimos is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Head of Corporate/Securities at Mattel, Inc. since December 2015, Robert has held various roles within the company, advancing from Director to Senior Director. Prior to Mattel, Robert worked at Hogan Lovells as Counsel and Senior Associate, and held the position of Managing Director at SG Capital. Robert began a legal career at Dewey Ballantine as an Associate. Robert holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
