As a consultant producer/director for Mattel Toys since 2008, Stephen has been instrumental in launching licensed merchandise tied to major film studios such as Disney and Warner Brothers, significantly contributing to high-revenue film franchises. Previously, Stephen held roles at Hodgieness Productions, where projects included news and documentary work for Fortune 500 clients, and at PSAV managing a large team for multimedia production. Early career experiences included video journalism at CNN and co-founding New Phoenix Filmworks.
