Steve Whitton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service management and training. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Service at Mattel, Inc. since June 2012, Steve has previously held positions such as Lead Business Analyst and IT Training and Project Coordinator at Benderson Development LLC from December 2006 to June 2012. Additional experience includes roles as a Technical Trainer at Winston & Strawn LLP from 2004 to 2006 and as a Training Specialist at Productivity Point International from 1994 to 1996. Steve holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1996 and 2001, and a BA in Philosophy from Haverford College, obtained from 1990 to 1994.
