Steven Werner is currently the Director of Global Security and Compliance at Mattel, Inc., where they lead initiatives to enhance operational frameworks and drive cost savings. With a rich background in Loss Prevention spanning several organizations, Steven has demonstrated expertise in evolving audit procedures and internal controls, resulting in significant financial recoveries. Their earlier roles included positions at LS Travel Retail North America, Home Depot, Delaware North, A.C. Moore, and Tops Appliance City. Steven earned an M.B.A. in Finance and a BA in Political Science from Saint John's University.
