Tim Steudler is a seasoned business development executive with extensive experience in the gaming and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Studio Business Development and Developer Partnerships at Mattel, Inc., Tim focuses on fostering global partnerships within the digital gaming space. Previous roles include Head of Business Development, North America at Immutable, and leadership positions at TheMonetizr, ReadyUp, and Stage TEN, where Tim contributed to advancing web3 gaming and enhancing community engagement for publishers and creators. Tim co-founded Rebel Ventures, excelling as Chief Strategy Officer, and held executive roles at AdColony and Activision Publishing, driving monetization strategies and corporate alliances. Tim holds a BA in Visual and Media Arts with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Emerson College.
