Tim Trapp

Tim Trapp serves as the Sr. Director of Quality Engineering at Mattel, Inc. since October 2012, where responsibilities encompass leading a multi-functional organization in quality engineering, product quality analytics, and global quality operations across various brands, including Fisher-Price. Prior roles at Mattel include Director and Senior Manager positions in Quality Engineering, where Tim developed plans for product quality and managed quality teams. Tim began his career as a Quality Engineer and Project Development Engineer at Fisher-Price, working on notable products while also holding an R&D Engineer position at Pactiv. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, obtained in 2004.
