Tom Varco

Tom Varco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and business management. Currently serving as Lead Analytics Engineer at Mattel, Inc., Tom oversees the development and maintenance of a datamart for the Global Quality, Product Safety, and Regulatory Compliance organization, focusing on ETL/ELT pipelines in BigQuery. Concurrently, as Business Manager for Tortoise Forest, LLC, Tom manages operations and strategic planning for a progressive rock/jam band. Prior roles at M&T Bank included Vice President, Business Data Manager, where Tom led a team supporting report requests and produced analytics via Tableau, and other analytical positions focused on Credit Risk and Data Analytics.
