Concurrently serving as Chief Academic Officer of The Startup Law Academy, Ron is committed to developing the next generation of legal professionals. Previous roles include Chair of the Canada Chapter at the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Partner at various firms including Deloitte Canada and Tafapolsky Smith Mehlman LLP, where expertise in building high-volume immigration practices was demonstrated. Ron's educational background includes a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, and advanced degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
