With extensive experience in organizational change and leadership, Erin serves as a consultant at Curious Catalyst, Inc. and previously was a partner at NOBL Collective, helping organizations embrace new attitudes and behaviors. Erin's background includes role as VP and COO at THNK - School of Creative Leadership, where corporate consulting practices were established, as well as VP of Project Services at Blast Radius, managing project delivery and client satisfaction. Erin's career includes significant contributions as Senior Product Manager for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games and leading digital campaigns for Starbucks USA. Educational qualifications include an Executive Creative Leadership Program from THNK and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
