Jared O'Connell, CFA, serves as Managing Director at Union Square Capital Advisors since May 2017, specializing in investment banking and corporate advisory services for early growth technology companies. In addition to this role, Jared is an Investor and Capital Advisor for Matter, H3X Technologies, Mintoak, and d-Matrix, all of which focus on transformative technologies in e-mobility, sustainable aviation, commerce enablement, and AI inference computing solutions. Furthermore, Jared invests in Ayar Labs and Niron Magnetics, innovators in optical interconnects and permanent magnets, respectively.
