We help blue-chip corporates, public sector organisations and challenger-entrepreneurs to navigate complex strategic challenges, generate stand-out and disruptive creative concepts, and deliver outstanding commercial results or outcomes for public good.

With 20+ years experience of delivering innovation across 5 continents, our design-thinking approach is bespoke each and every time - there is no 'best practice' for new-to-world thinking - nor are two challenges ever the same.

We are category and discipline agnostic and have worked with tech giants (Google, Nokia), consumer packaged goods (Unilever, P&G, Diageo, Nestle), international telecoms (T Mobile, MTN), government (UK, UAE, South Africa) and public sector organisations (Nesta, PRS) alongside cutting-edge technologists (Nanotronics) and even the military (Royal Marines).

A proven track-record of standout success, Matter have generated more than £2billion incremental revenue for our commercial clients. We apply the same rigour, discipline and challenger-mentality to help our public sector clients cut through in truly meaningful ways against their social impact objectives.

At Matter, we love unconventional briefs, intractable problems and impossible obstacles. We are not consultants, but catalysts for positive change. We put our money where our mouth is with a growing portfolio of investments and equity positions in entrepreneurial businesses we have helped to grow.

We're committed to the long term, sustainable success of our client partners, and believe in the power of positive disruption to bring impactful change for people, organisations and wider culture.
