Robert Remen

Robert Remen has worked in the software engineering and development industry since 1998. Robert started their career at GAMO a.s. as an Information Technology Trainer, Sales Associate, and Customer Services Specialist. In 2001, they moved to EUnet as a System Engineer, Application Engineer, and Software Developer. In 2005, they joined A1 Telekom Austria AG as a Senior Software Engineer and Senior Software Developer. In 2010, they became the Founding Principal at R Solutions s.r.o., providing consulting services in the area of software architecture and development, and in-house development and deployment of an algorithmic trading stack based on a custom machine learning solution. Currently, they are employed as the Principal Applied Cryptography Engineer at Matter Labs.

Robert Remen obtained a Master's degree in Applied Informatics from the University of Zilina in 1998. Prior to that, they studied Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at SPŠE Liptovský Hrádok from 1989 to 1993. In July 1998, they were certified as a Microsoft Certified Professional by Microsoft.
