Eric Mackey is an accomplished professional specializing in sustainability, impact strategy, and circular economics. Currently serving as a Founding Member at Matterall since January 2023, Eric leads sustainability initiatives focused on circular economic strategies and impact innovation. Previously, Eric held fractional leadership roles at Neol and managed design operations at Delve, Johnson Controls, and Milwaukee Tool, where Eric drove technological innovation and developed market strategies yielding significant business growth. Eric founded an innovation agency and has extensive experience in user-centered design from early career roles at The Master Lock Company. Eric holds an MBA from Bard Graduate Programs in Sustainability and a BFA in Industrial Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, with additional education from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Harvard Extension School, and an upcoming program at MIT Professional Education in 2024.
