Elsa Margier

Elsa Margier is a Product Advisor at Matters, a product and startup studio, since June 2022, focusing on fostering ethical practices in digital business development. Previously, Elsa held roles as an Innovation Intern in Entertainment & Immersive Media at Orange, contributing to enhancing the spectator experience for the 2024 Olympic Games, and as an Innovation & Digital Transformation Intern at Indosuez Wealth Management, where responsibilities included supporting the innovation strategy and managing an Ideation challenge across five countries. Co-founding Locali, an initiative addressing economic inactivity in rural areas, showcases entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to social impact. Elsa's early experience includes team leadership as an Organisational Team Member at UCPA. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Innovation Management from both Mines Paris and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Development from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. An exchange program in International Economics was completed at Singapore Management University.
