Since 2010, we have welcomed hundreds of refugee claimants with compassion and care, offering them a safe place to begin their new lives in Canada. Through our Furniture Bank, we’ve provided quality, gently used furniture to more than 20,000 households across Ottawa, helping turn empty spaces into true homes.

Our work is powered by a passionate community of volunteers and committed staff team. Together, we strive to extend dignity, stability, and hope to those navigating some of life’s most difficult transitions.
