We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that aims to bring awareness and supply tools and knowledge to transform individuals and communities through mindfulness and meditation. 

Mission: to transform the lives of children and their communities by providing the tools and knowledge through mindfulness meditation to deal with stress, regulate emotions and the resiliency to deal with mental health issues. 

Vision: Matthew's Mindful Moment wants to make the world a better place to live in by teaching positive psychology, the brain science of emotions, social emotional learning, and mindfulness and meditation so that children and their communities can deal with the mental health issues of today.
