Anders Thorheim

Anders Thorheim is an experienced professional in the fields of community safety and preparedness, with over a decade of service at Norges Røde Kors in various leadership roles, including Enhetsleder samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap and Leder - Beredskap, søk og redning. Prior to this, Anders served as a Lecturer at FN-sambandet and worked with Bufetat in an asylum home for minors. Military experience includes serving as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Norwegian Armed Forces and leading a squad during a deployment with ISAF. Anders holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with additional education in various institutions related to security and leadership.
