Macoy Riley

Macoy Riley, MSML, MBA, is an experienced professional currently serving as an Employment Navigator and BY Navigator at Mattison since September 2023, where responsibilities include providing coaching and guidance to program participants and building relationships with community partners. Previous roles include Registered Behavior Technician at LittleStar ABA Therapy, where Macoy supported children with autism, and serving as a Kesem Camp Counselor, raising funds and organizing virtual camps for children affected by cancer. Macoy also contributed to healthcare communication as a Health Care Analysis and Organizer at Primary Record and held leadership positions at Indiana University Dance Marathon, facilitating significant fundraising efforts for pediatric research. Additional experience includes summer camp counseling, involvement with Habitat for Humanity, and various positions in the food and landscaping industries.
