Nelson Briones

Nelson Briones is an accomplished engineering and quality assurance professional with extensive experience in software quality management and testing. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering and QA at MATTR since June 2021, Nelson has previously held key positions at Togo Group, where responsibilities included leading test and quality efforts, and at various organizations including Tourism Holdings Limited and Findly, contributing to the development of quality assurance strategies and tools. Nelson's career spans over 15 years in quality assurance roles, including Senior QA positions at Trustwave and Fiserv Auckland, and engineering roles at ProvencoCadmus, Navman Technology NZ Ltd., Lexmark International, and TMX Philippines. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of San Carlos.
