Amanda Sinrod

Amanda Sinrod is a Senior Food Technologist at Mattson, specializing in food innovation and technology. They previously worked as a Food Science Graduate Student at the University of California, Davis, where they conducted research in Dr. Daniela Barile’s lab and developed analytical chemistry techniques for the wine industry. Amanda also served as a Support Scientist at the USDA Agricultural Research Service, focusing on novel food processing techniques, and held a Junior Specialist position in Dr. Zhongli Pan’s lab. Prior to these roles, they gained experience as a Pre-Law Intern at Ekso Bionics.
