Jack Lorimer is a Senior Food Scientist at Mattson, where they worked from 2017 to 2020, following their earlier positions as a Food Scientist and Food Technologist. Prior to joining Mattson, Jack gained experience as a Pilot Plant and Product Development Technician, and as a line cook in both innovative and Michelin Star restaurants. Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from City College of San Francisco.
