Chris Weilminster

Chris Weilminster is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and development. As a Founding Partner at Hg80 Real Estate and Mauloa since late 2023, Chris also serves as a Founding Partner at Dave's Hot Chicken and Pieology Pizzeria, and has a longstanding partnership with Five Guys Enterprises. Previously, Chris held the position of Executive Vice President and COO at Urban Edge Properties, managing substantial operations across significant retail spaces. A substantial tenure at Federal Realty Investment Trust included roles as EVP and President of the Mixed-Use Division, where Chris led high-profile mixed-use developments and achieved consistent revenue growth. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University.
