Tim Fredericksen

Tim Fredericksen has extensive experience in the packaging industry, currently serving as an Independent Contractor at Mauser since September 2022, providing operational assistance. Previously, Tim held the position of Business Unit Manager at Mauser Packaging Solutions and at B-way Packaging Corporation, where responsibilities included managing daily operations with a focus on P&L and budget attainment, successfully doubling sales and workforce. Prior roles include Plant Manager at BWAY Corporation, overseeing high-speed operations, and Director of Manufacturing at US Can Company, managing multiple departments in a high-volume setting. Tim holds a Six Sigma Green Belt in Lean Manufacturing from Villanova University, obtained in 2012.
