Tom McAll

Tom McAll is a seasoned practice lead with a robust educational background in Innovation/Business Analytics from RMIT and an AI Fluency certification from the University of Sydney. They spearheaded the Analysis & Experience Design Practice at Mav3rik, optimizing processes and leading major strategic projects, including significant financial management initiatives. Prior to this role, Tom founded HospoHire, a platform for data-driven recruitment in hospitality and early childhood education, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in technology-driven solutions. Tom continues to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Cross Cultural Innovation at RMIT University Vietnam.
